Coronet Metals US Inc. is reviving Nevada’s rich mining legacy by focusing on the recovery of gold and critical minerals from overlooked sources—slag, tailings, and placer deposits.
Operating in the historic Goldfield district, Coronet holds unpatented claims on several mines and hundreds of thousands of tons of tailings. These materials, previously considered waste, are now seen as untapped assets. Through advanced dry concentration and electrostatic separation, Coronet aims to recover gold, platinum group metals, and magnetite for commercial use.
The nearby Big Wash drainage offers significant placer mining potential, with naturally reworked sediments that concentrate fine gold and magnetite. Sampling results show high grades of gold (up to 0.52 oz/ton) and notable concentrations of platinum and palladium.
By leveraging innovative recovery methods and a deep understanding of geological history, Coronet Metals US Inc. is turning mining byproducts into valuable resources—sustainably and profitably.
